PIEDMC is public sector Company wholly owned and managed by the Government of Punjab, and entrusted with the mandate to establish, develop and manage industrial estates in the Province of Punjab. The undersigned has been advising the Company on regular basis with respect to the legal affairs and management of Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kotlakhpat Lahore, through its Board of Management. The undersigned also represents the Company and its Board of Management as Counsel before various courts of law including Lahore High Court with respect to the litigation/cases involving issues of allotment and cancellation of Industrial Plots, enforcement of various terms and conditions of allotment, labour disputes, and disputes with third parties or other governmental authorities with respect to the jurisdiction and authority of Company.

DHA is a statutory Authority established under the Defence Housing Authority Order, 2002 (federal law), and it is assigned with the functions and powers of developing and maintaining housing facilities over the lands acquired by it. The firm is regularly representing DHA before various courts of law, in particular including Civil Courts, District Court, and Lahore High Court. The firm pleads and contest the civil cases/litigation on behalf of DHA wherein varying issues and disputes with land owners, investors, allottees, members, and third parties are involved.

SECP is a regulator of all the companies incorporated in Pakistan under the applicable law. The firm, being enrolled on the Panel of Advocates of SECP, appears, pleads, and represents SECP in cases for the Lahore High Court, District Court, and Civil Courts.

PEMRA is a statutory body entrusted with the powers and functions to regulate electronic media and cable operators under the law. The undersigned is presently rendering litigation services to PEMRA while defending its actions and decisions taken against various media houses and news channels. The actions of PEMRA are usually challenged before High Courts by way of Appeals or Writ Petitions.

The firm is presently advising Energy Department with respect to various issues involving the legal and constitutional framework of the energy sector in the Country. Besides that, the firm has also been involved in arbitration proceedings with respect to some of the hydro projects in Punjab, including Pakpattan Hydropower Project and Marala Hydropower Project.

The firm is rendering advisory and litigation services to the insurance company on regular basis. The services include labour and service matters as well as legal valuation of insurance claims and call for encashment of insurance guarantees.

PFDC is a non-profit Company incorporated as such under the applicable laws of Pakistan. It functions and operates as a platform for all the designers in the fashion industry providing them the opportunity to be represented and to introduce their designs during various Events/Fashion Shows being held from time to time for the purposes of promotion.

The firm renders legal advisory services to PFDC with respect to all of its contractual matters, and in particular with respect to the contractual arrangements made by PFDC for holding different Events/Fashion Shows from time to time.

Nabiqasim Group is a conglomerate of various companies in particular including Nabiqasim Industries (Pvt.) Limited is a pharmaceutical company engaged in the manufacturing and sale of drugs/medicine registered under the regulatory framework of applicable law. The said industrial Group is based in Karachi, and the firm has rendered advisory and litigation services to the Group and all of its companies on regular basis.

Besides representing and pleading on behalf of companies in the courts of law, the professional services include rendering Legal Opinions with respect to the applicability and compliance of various statutory notifications and rules within the regulatory framework and also formulate and review various contracts and communications with governmental authorities.

BOP is a bank/financial institution established under the Bank of Punjab Act. The firm represents BOP in most of its Recovery Suits against defaulter customers and has successfully helped recover substantial outstanding and defaulted amounts over a period of time.

Many high-profile default cases of FBL, involving millions of rupees have been handled by the firm before Lahore High Court, at Lahore in banking jurisdiction. Besides that, the firm has advised and also rendered Legal Opinions with respect to many complex financial transactions, restructurings, and settlements for FBL.

The firm is rendering professional services to UBL on regular basis and is advising UBL with respect to various financial and contractual matters. UBL is also being represented by the firm before various courts of law in relation to various cases including but not limited to financial default and recovery of outstanding amounts.

MCB is one of the leading financial institutions in the Country and is being represented by the firm before various courts of law in connection with number of its financial and contractual disputes with its customers and third parties.

The firm renders advisory services to Bank Alfalah and represents it before various courts of law in connection with a number of its financial and contractual disputes with its customers and third parties. At present, the firm is conducting various Recovery Suits on behalf of Bank Alfalah against defaulter Customers.
